It all started with a Hawaiin pizza craving, to investing on a pizza stone, buying pizza ingredients, and ended with a couple of bomb-ASS personalized pizzas. The week before, JD taught a cooking class that had a (what he insisted) "really good" pizza dough recipe so I was convinced. Of course my "healthy" brain had to contribute something to the recipe, so I suggested he use the all-purpose white wheat flour we already had. From experience, substitution was never a problem, they're suppose to act the same. I was wrong. For once.
Considering it was our first time, and we just grabbed whatever ingredients sounded good at the time, they turned out really good. Moreover, we agreed that tomato sauce only distracts from all the flavors, so we passed on it. And although the ingredients were basic, you'd be surprised how well they engaged with one another to become such wholesome goodness! ;)
